Welcome to Unfettered Fitness (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our coaching services, website, and any related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

Our coaching services are exclusively available to:

• Women over the age of 18 years old

• Residing within the United States (due to legal restrictions)

By using our Services, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request verification of eligibility at any time.

 

2. Right to Decline or Terminate Services

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and aligned coaching environment. Therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Decline to accept any individual as a client for any reason, including but not limited to health issues, misalignment of values, goals, or communication style.

• Cease coaching services with any client at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice.

In such cases, any unused portion of prepaid services may be refunded at our discretion, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

 

3. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to engage in coaching with honesty, openness, and respect. We do not tolerate abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior. Any such conduct may result

in immediate termination of services.

 

4. No Guarantees

Coaching is a collaborative process, but outcomes are not guaranteed. The client is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

 

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will maintain the confidentiality of all coaching sessions, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm.

 

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
